GODDESS MASSAGE & ESTHETICS SPA LLC provides massage therapy and esthetic services. All services are subject to availability and professional evaluation. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is deemed unfit or unsafe to receive treatment.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. SMS Notifications

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS notifications related to appointments, confirmations, and occasional promotions. Consent is not a condition for any purchase. You may opt out anytime by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

4. Client Conduct

We expect all clients to behave respectfully with our staff and within our premises. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and possible ban from future appointments.

5. Health Conditions

It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to receiving any services. Our treatments are not a substitute for professional medical care.

6. Payments and Refunds

All services must be paid in full at the time of service. We do not offer refunds for services rendered. Prepaid packages or gift cards may have expiration dates and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
